New diet  

right so after failing miserably with my previous diet i have decided to create another one;


no more than 800 cals a day (i will aim for 400)
20 mins of exercise before i go to bed
thats it basicly

so here is my meal plan;
breakfast - fruit
lunch - 3 rye cakes
dinner - some sort of veg/steamed fish

as a snack i can have a cup a soup (53cals) or a salad

wish me luck! i am ding it for a month s i will finish on the 25th march, consuming a total of 20 000 calories. i know it sounds like a lot!! but i will only be aiming for consuming 10 000 it really depends on how the diet goes.
