hmm, i went over 200 cals today, this is so depressing
any way in order to prevent this happening again, i am going to devise a meal plan, which will work!

- hunger shot - 2 x rye cake - broccali                  - cupa soup, dry 'cookie crisp'
- apple             - 2 x rye cake - white fish               - cupa soup, crisp bake + ham
- banana         - 2 x rye cake - rice                          - cupa soup
- "         "           -   "            "      - mash                      - "                          "                   "

right, i doubt any one will get it, but basicly those a rethe combinations of food i can eat, (their all i have in my cupboard)
hopefully this one will work Xx

so i just feel that if i write it on here, even if no one reads this then i will feel like i have a reason to do it. so i need to start a new diet as i have completely stoped my previous one.

so from tomorrow, i am going to do the 2468 diet. i hope it works wish me luck!
i will post my progress as often as possible (i want to loose 20 lbs)

right so after failing miserably with my previous diet i have decided to create another one;

no more than 800 cals a day (i will aim for 400)
20 mins of exercise before i go to bed
thats it basicly

so here is my meal plan;
breakfast - fruit
lunch - 3 rye cakes
dinner - some sort of veg/steamed fish

as a snack i can have a cup a soup (53cals) or a salad

wish me luck! i am ding it for a month s i will finish on the 25th march, consuming a total of 20 000 calories. i know it sounds like a lot!! but i will only be aiming for consuming 10 000 it really depends on how the diet goes.

Hey i really need to loose weight here are my stats;

height 5.9ft
hw - 150
lw - 120
cw - 141
gw - 120 (by march)
gw - 100 (by may)

hey so i really need to loose the weight as i feel so fat at the moment
