hmm, i went over 200 cals today, this is so depressing
any way in order to prevent this happening again, i am going to devise a meal plan, which will work!

- hunger shot - 2 x rye cake - broccali                  - cupa soup, dry 'cookie crisp'
- apple             - 2 x rye cake - white fish               - cupa soup, crisp bake + ham
- banana         - 2 x rye cake - rice                          - cupa soup
- "         "           -   "            "      - mash                      - "                          "                   "

right, i doubt any one will get it, but basicly those a rethe combinations of food i can eat, (their all i have in my cupboard)
hopefully this one will work Xx

good so far today, ive only eaten about 160 cals, so am happy. although i feel a major urge to binge... bu on what??
i may have my dinner now, (broccali) to make my total intake for today 200cals, i really hope i dont binge! wish me luckXx
